Gas Pipeline Alternative Energy Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Injection Utility Line Backfill

The Mini Padder is the ideal machine for distribution cables and small inch pipelines. Like all of Ozzie’s padders it is a one-man operated machine. The Mini Padder consists of a John Deere 755C track loader with a custom built padding attachment. The padder is powered by the loader hydraulic system and is controlled using controls mounted neatly inside the cab. A mesh elevator chain carries material from the front of the attachment to just in front of the loader. The desired specification of material falls through the mesh elevator and ends up on a conveyor, which is then offloaded into the trench or other desired location. The undesired material stays on the surface of the elevator mesh and falls off the rear of the attachment to the ground, away from the desired material.
